Well hello again ♥
Hiking. Not only is it a great workout, but it’s also a great way to spend time with friends, family or your special someone on the weekend. To me, exercising outside feels like less work, especially since I’m doing something I enjoy – which is spending time outdoors; keeping me inside the house all day feels like p u n i s h m e n t! Now that Fall is here & we have cooler weather, make sure to take advantage of the many outdoor activities. No matter where you live you can always find parks nearby your house to take a hike, bike ride or to just take in the beautiful views with Fall’s colorful foliage.
Putting together a stylish workout outfit isn’t hard. Nowadays, you can look very cute & fashionable, but still be comfortable during your workout. Active-wear sales are BOOMING – the whole trend of wearing workout clothes both inside & outside the gym isn’t going anywhere, looks to me like it’s here to stay. I’m sure you all have seen how popular it’s become to incorporate sporty into street style looks. Sometimes, all it takes is one piece to change your look from gym to street. You can add a leather jacket, tie a shirt around your waist, or add some designer sunglasses – the look is still sporty but you spruced it up. Lately, when I purchase leggings, I don’t want the plain boring look. I already have way too many all black leggings so I opt for the ones with the perforated mesh inserts. Not only do they keep you looking hot but they also make you feel cool while working out. You get the best of both worlds.
