This past Sunday has put me back in the groove. I find blogging a pure delight and now I’m craving to do more. What girl doesn’t love to get dolled up & take pictures?! The whole process is so much fun – preparing your outfit for the photo shoot, doing your hair & makeup (even though with this photo shoot, my hair had no chance. Wind – 1 | Adrianna – 0), finding the perfect spot to take pictures, sitting down and actually writing the blog post, etc. I’m so happy that my wonderful friend Ania wanted to take photos of me. I love them all. Now I can’t wait until we do it again – hint hint: the sooner, the better πŸ™‚ haha

I was never sure how I’d feel about over-the-knee boots because I was always worried I would look weird because I don’t have long legs. But I was pleasantly surprised when I tried them on for the first time. I fell in love with them so much I ended up getting 3 different pairs. They go perfectly with almost everything I wear. I love the look of these boots with my long fur vest – which I had the pleasure of wearing for the first time this season – well actually ever – since it’s been hanging in my closet for the past few months. I completely forgot I even had it. Funny thing is that my grey, long sleeve, fur jacket from Sunday Funday Part 1 was worn for the time as well. I will have to make use of them more often before the cold weather ends.

Women and Class

I don’t know about all of you but I for sure am tired of seeing girls constantly talk about wanting/getting respect from guys meanwhile half of them don’t even respect themselves. How do you expect someone else to do it when you can’t? Let’s get it together ladies. Most of the girls that are complaining about not finding a good man are the ones that are on Facebook/instagram with barely any clothes on, acting like airheads, and so on.

If you’re complaining about always ending up with the same type of guy perhaps you should start looking in different places –Β  because clearly something you are doing is wrong. Instead of constantly trying to find a guy “in da club” or through social networking, try to broaden your horizons girl. How about you try going to a lounge or restaurant with your friends. Every time you go out you don’t need to end the night with getting a guy’s number. I’ve learned from personal experience that when you least expect it, someone will step into your life and sweep you off your feet. You can’t force things to happen. Everything happens for a reason, let it be.

“Class” has completely gone out the window with most women. Most of them can’t grasp the fact that “less is not more”. You want to be taken seriously by a guy and you want him to respect you? Then leave the club attire at home ladies! It’s about looking sexy, NOT TRASHY. There’s no need to be half naked. Have some self respect & leave something to the imagination. Also, some women believe that the whole point of “class” is based on the amount of money you spent on your outfit or accessories. And that’s where they are wrong. It has nothing to do with the price tag. ATTENTION: Just because you own Christian Louboutins does not mean you are automatically classy OR better than the next person! Get that through your head! I’m not sure who told you that but it’s a lie!Β REAL CLASS is determined based on how you carry yourself, how you express yourself, how you live your life, how you treat others, how you interact with others, yourΒ demeanor and having admirable personal qualities. None of it has to do with the kind of car you drive, what kind of clothes you wear or where you live! We have to remember that looks won’t last forever – eventually that fades, we also have to rely on our personalities to get us forward in life.

Some day some of you will take a look in the mirror and wonder why a girl like you is still single. You’ll wonder why no one saw your inner beauty. Unfortunately the answer is simple – you were too busy showing off your barely covered body on instagram/Facebook, partying non-stop, drinking too much, acting like a slut, acting like a air head, flirting with every man that gives you a tiny bit of attention, and so forth. All that only lasts for so long. Yes of course men like that type of women – someone who is beautiful, has a hot body, likes to party, is promiscuous, etc. But haven’t you noticed that most of them get bored of that after a while. That’s not the type of women they will most likely bring home to their family, or marry/start a family with or the type of women they can actually have and hold a conversation with.Β  Ladies, we need to remember the saying “A lady in the streets and a freak in the bed”. I completely support the whole idea, whatever I do with my man behind closed doors is our business, I don’t need to broadcast my sexual side on social media. Being alluring is a turn-on for a man. Remember that the classy women are just as fun but they just know how to carry themselves without giving away too much.

Basically what I’m trying to say is that women need to stop with the twerking and become classy again. There’s nothing wrong with having fun and being seductive and sexy just know how to carry yourself. Men will always be giving you attention just realize who’s attention is worth it. It’s not a competition. Be beautiful on the inside and outside. Have some self-respect and then others will also have respect towards you. If you want a good guy, treat him right, be yourself and show him there is more to you then just your looks.

Hint of Yellow <3

Happy Tuesday Everyone! πŸ™‚ I’m back with a new outfit! There is nothing more classic than a blazer & heels. Blazers are a go-to fashion statement. I personally don’t think the blazer will ever be out of style. There are infinite style options with a blazer β†’ classic, fitted, boyfriend style or over-sized. Blazers go with basically anything, it gives your outfit a classy & chic vibe. You can’t forget how professional a blazer can be, especially in a work environment. It will always be a go-to article of clothing in any work related situation. Blazers are a versatile piece of clothing. The blazer is a classic staple to many outfits. I truly love blazers & wear them often to work. I think they look great with a pair of pants, a cute top & heels/flats. Every female should have a few different types of blazers in her closet, especially various colors. They are very chic, elegant and fun, they can turn a causal outfit into a more polished one.

Crop Tops & High Waisted Skirts. <3

unnamed1

Hello Gorgeous People! πŸ™‚ ❀ Hope you all had a wonderful weekend filled with fun and excitement because I know I did. πŸ™‚ This weekend I went to my friend Jola’s bridal shower.

This is the outfit I put together for that occasion. A crop top & a high waisted pencil skirt. The crop top gives us ladies an opportunity to show a bit of skin while still keeping it classy, sexy & updated. For a chic and clean look pair a crop top with a high-waisted pencil skirt, you just can’t go wrong. Crop tops are daring enough as is, so you don’t have to amp up the sex appeal. Do not & I repeat DO NOT pair a crop top with a mini skirt or regular shorts. You’ll look very tacky. Remember ladies, crop tops don’t need to bare all. A crop top doesn’t mean a bared belly button, it’s meant to show off a hint of skin- the bared midriff look– and not your whole stomach. Crop tops are meant to show 1 to 2 inches of skin . They look best with skirts (pencil & flowy skirts) and high waisted shorts! I personally wouldn’t choose this look for a day in the office, so remember to play it safe and leave it to casual/elegant outings. They may not be the easiest trend to style & pull off but when done right, it’s the perfect look. A high waisted pencil skirt is the epitome of the sophisticated and chic look. It can be perfectly paired with a crop top. You have to make sure your pencil skirt looks smooth and doesn’t have any bumps or extra material creating rolls/bulges in the wrong places because it won’t look nice. The perfect fit for a high waisted pencil skirt is essential. High waisted skirts emphasize a woman’s curves. When it comes to high waisted skirts I believe heels work best – they add length to your legs so you look taller while also creating a slimming silhouette. I paired my crop top & high waisted pencil skirt with my Tory Burch clutch & Zara heels.Β
